  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped Fresh lobster enhances the taste.
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled Crumble into bite-sized pieces.

Seasoning and Cooking

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For cooking the steak.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Enhances flavor when sautéed.
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika Adds a smoky flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons butter For sautéing the shrimp.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust seasoning according to preference.

Garnishes

  • Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.
  • Lemon wedges For serving.

Instructions
 

Cooking the Steak

  • Season the steak strips with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook the steak for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
  • Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

Cooking the Seafood

  • In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic.
  • Sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they are pink and cooked through.
  • Add the cooked lobster meat and crumbled bacon to the shrimp, stirring to combine.

Serving the Platter

  • Serve the steak and seafood mixture together on a large platter.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and arrange lemon wedges around the platter.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Don't overcook the shrimp to avoid toughness. Feel free to adjust the seasoning to your liking.
