  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

Preparation

  • In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook it until fully browned, stirring occasionally. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour in the soy sauce and mix everything well. Allow the mixture to simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice and garnish with green onions and any additional vegetables.

Notes

Store leftovers in airtight containers; they will keep in the refrigerator for 3-4 days and can be frozen for up to 3 months. To reheat, thaw in the fridge overnight.
