Ingredients
  

For the meatballs

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

For the spicy mayo dip

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, egg, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.

Spicy Mayo Dip

  • While the meatballs are baking, prepare the spicy mayo dip by mixing mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl.

Serving

  • Serve meatballs warm with the spicy mayo dip.

Notes

For an extra layer of flavor, try adding finely minced ginger. Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes based on heat tolerance. To ensure juicy meatballs, incorporate grated zucchini or carrot into the mixture.
