Ingredients
  

For the Steak

  • 4 pieces Steak Choose your preferred cut like ribeye, sirloin, or filet mignon.
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Butter Use for serving on top of the steak.

For the Vegetables

  • 2 cups Broccoli Can substitute with green beans or asparagus.
  • 4 pieces Baked Potatoes Rub with olive oil and season.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) for the baked potatoes.
  • Wash the potatoes and prick them with a fork. Rub them with olive oil and season with salt.

Baking and Cooking

  • Place the potatoes in the oven and bake for about 45-60 minutes until tender.
  • Season the steak with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat and cook the steak to your preferred level of doneness (approximately 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare).
  • Steam or sauté the broccoli until bright green and tender, about 5-7 minutes.

Serving

  • Serve the steak with butter on top, alongside the broccoli and baked potatoes.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 2-3 days for the best taste. You can reheat in the microwave or oven until heated through.
