Dressing

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil Enhances freshness.
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar For tangy undertones.

  • to taste Black pepper Season right before serving.

Preparation

  • Slice the cucumbers, fresh mozzarella, and tomatoes.
  • In a large bowl, layer the sliced cucumbers, mozzarella, and tomatoes.
  • Add fresh basil leaves on top.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
