  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce (Tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar (Apple cider vinegar is a substitute)

Topping Ingredients

  • 30 g Crushed Peanuts (Or chopped cashews) For texture
  • 50 g Fried Onions (Optional for texture) Adds extra flavor
  • 2 stalks Spring Onions (Or scallions/chives) For garnish and freshness

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter, chili oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, and rice vinegar until well combined.

Assembly

  • Toss the cooked noodles in the sauce to coat them evenly.
  • Serve with crushed peanuts, fried onions, and chopped spring onions on top.

Notes

Consider using udon or rice noodles for better sauce absorption. Adjust the chili oil to control spiciness. Fresh ingredients should be added just before serving for best flavor.
