  • 1/4 cup chopped onion Provides flavor and moisture.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Enhances the overall taste.
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce Adds depth of flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Season to your preference.
  • 1/4 cup ketchup Optional topping for added flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Parmesan cheese, eggs, almond flour, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf.
  • Optionally, spread ketchup on top of the meatloaf.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  • Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

This dish is easy to customize; add toppings like ketchup for flavor. Allow the mixture to sit before cooking for best results.
