Preparation

  • Begin by seasoning the chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Cooking

  • Place the chicken pieces in the pan, cooking for 6-8 minutes on each side until browned and fully cooked.
  • While the chicken is cooking, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger in a small bowl.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, remove it and pour the honey garlic mixture into the pan.
  • Simmer the sauce for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  • Return the chicken to the pan and coat it well in the sauce.

Notes
