  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter Melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley Optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • In a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the honey and minced garlic until well combined.
  • Place the carrots in a large bowl. Pour the honey garlic butter mixture over the carrots and toss to coat them evenly.
  • Spread the carrots in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Roast in the oven for 25–30 minutes, flipping the carrots halfway through, until tender and caramelized.
  • Transfer to a serving dish, drizzle with any remaining glaze from the pan, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For best results, choose fresh carrots of similar size for even cooking. For added kick, consider incorporating red pepper flakes or fresh herbs into the glaze.
