  • In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the chicken breasts and brown them on both sides.
  • Add the rice, barbecue sauce, and chicken broth to the pot. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover the pot and let it simmer for about 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the chicken is cooked through.
  • Once done, fluff the rice with a fork and serve the dish hot.

Notes
