Gravy Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups beef broth

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until browned.

Gravy Preparation

  • While the meatballs are baking, prepare the gravy. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Stir in flour and cook for about 2 minutes.
  • Gradually whisk in beef broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in heavy cream and soy sauce, cooking until the sauce has thickened.

Serving

  • Serve the meatballs with the gravy poured over them.
