Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 4 ounces goat cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup raspberry preserves

Wraps

  • 8 (10-inch) spinach flour tortillas

Fillings

  • 4–5 ounces fresh basil leaves
  • 1 pound thinly sliced deli ham or turkey Can be substituted with turkey or vegetarian options

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, goat cheese, and raspberry preserves until smooth.
  • Spread an even layer of the cheese mixture over each spinach tortilla.
  • Top with fresh basil leaves, then layer on the sliced ham or turkey.
  • Roll each tortilla tightly, jelly roll-style.
  • Wrap the rolls in plastic wrap or wax paper and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Unwrap and slice diagonally into 1-inch pinwheels.
  • Arrange on a platter and serve.

Notes

Use a sharp knife for clean slices. Chill well before slicing to keep the pinwheels neat. Add decorative toothpicks for a festive presentation.
