  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Cooking Steps

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add the beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked.
  • Push the eggs to one side of the skillet and add the mixed vegetables. Cook for a few minutes until heated through.
