Preparation

  • Crush the Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan to form the crust.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Fold in whipped topping, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  • Spread the lemon mixture over the Oreo crust.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
