Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Mixture

  • 8 oz. fat free cream cheese Make sure it's softened.
  • 1/2 cup non fat vanilla Greek yogurt Use vanilla flavored for extra taste.
  • 1 tsp. vanilla Pure vanilla extract recommended.
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. tub low fat cool whip Thawed for easier mixing.

Base and Topping

  • 24 pieces Oreo thins Crushed for topping if desired.

Preparation

  • Place 12 paper cupcake liners into a muffin tin.
  • Add one Oreo thin to each liner and set aside.
  • In a medium size mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy with a hand mixer.
  • Add in salt, vanilla, and Greek yogurt. Continue beating until well combined.
  • Pour in the remaining 12 crushed Oreos, and beat until mixed well.
  • Fold in thawed cool whip until ingredients are combined.
  • Evenly scoop the cream cheese mixture into each liner and top with crushed Oreos, if desired.
  • Freeze for 3 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve these bites frozen for a refreshing treat. You can enhance their presentation with melted dark chocolate drizzle or fresh fruit on top.
