  • 3 heads Romaine lettuce
  • 3 large tomatoes

  • 750 g potatoes (waxy variety)
  • 4 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2-3 tablespoons pickle juice
  • Salt & pepper To taste
  • 1 finely diced pickle

Instructions

Preparation of Potatoes

  • Peel and dice the potatoes into cubes. Toss with oil spray, salt, pepper, and sweet paprika, and air fry at 220°C for approximately 15 minutes, shaking halfway through. Alternatively, bake at 220°C for 25-30 minutes in the oven.
  • Slice the Romaine lettuce into thin strips, and the tomatoes and pickles into rounds.

Cooking the Beef

  • Heat oil in a skillet and crumble the ground beef, cooking until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Place cheese slices on top of the meat, cover, and allow it to melt over medium heat.

Assembling the Bowl

  • Layer the bowls with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, crispy potato cubes, and beef with melted cheese.
  • Mix the sauce ingredients together (mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice) and drizzle over the assembled bowls. Optionally, top with sesame seeds.

Notes

Adjust the seasoning levels to taste. For a low-carb option, replace the potatoes with cauliflower mash. Additional toppings like diced onions, jalapeños, or avocado can be offered.
