Fruits

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup raspberries

Cheesecake Base

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure it is at room temperature.
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  • Gently mix in the drained pineapple, sliced strawberries, kiwi, and raspberries.
  • Serve chilled in a large bowl or individual cups.

Chilling

  • Let the salad chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to help the flavors meld.
