  • For the tzatziki sauce, mix Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and grated cucumber.

  • In bowls, layer rice or quinoa, grilled chicken, fresh veggies, and top with tzatziki sauce.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes
