Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped onion, eggs, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix until well combined and shape into a loaf.
  • Place the meatloaf in a baking dish.

Glaze Preparation

  • In a separate bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce to create the glaze.
  • Spread the glaze over the meatloaf.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  • Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
