Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

  • 450 g ground beef
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Freshly ground black pepper
  • to taste Garlic powder
  • to taste Onion powder
  • 15 ml Worcestershire sauce
  • 120 g shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • to taste Optional: diced crispy bacon
  • to taste Optional: chopped pickles
  • to taste Optional: caramelized onions

Dough and Topping Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit or pizza dough, cut into 8–12 rounds Flattened to 10 cm diameter
  • 28 g unsalted butter, melted
  • 5 g minced garlic or garlic powder
  • 15 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • to taste Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, browning thoroughly and draining any excess fat.
  • Season beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Allow to cool completely.
  • Gently fold in shredded cheese and any optional ingredients.

Assembly

  • Flatten the dough into 10 cm circles and place 1 to 2 tablespoons of the cooled beef mixture in the center.
  • Gather edges of dough and pinch tightly to seal it into a ball.

Baking

  • Arrange dough balls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking tray, spaced evenly.
  • Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over the tops. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown.
  • Brush with remaining garlic butter after baking and garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

Serve warm with dipping sauces like ranch or garlic aioli. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat at low temperature.
