Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic and lemon juice, and stir until fragrant.
  • Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in a baking dish.
  • Pour the garlic butter sauce over the salmon fillets, coating them evenly.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon slices and your choice of vegetables or rice.

Notes
