Honey Lime Dressing

  • 1/4 cup honey Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice Freshly squeezed lime juice is best.
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest Grated zest for additional lime flavor.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, kiwi, and grapes, mixing gently to avoid bruising the fruits.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.
  • Pour the dressing over the mixed fruit and toss gently to coat.
  • Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes for better flavor. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1-2 days.
