Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Mix until smooth.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Scoop small portions of the mixture onto the lined baking sheet, preferably tablespoon-sized.
  • If desired, add chocolate chips or drizzle melted chocolate over the top.

Freezing

  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the bites to freeze for about 2 to 3 hours or until firm.
  • Transfer the bites to an airtight container for storage.

Notes

These bites can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 months. Consider using parchment paper between layers to prevent sticking.
