Ingredients
  

Marinade and Steak

  • 3 tbsp flavorless cooking oil
  • 2 tsp Cajun spices
  • Salt, to taste
  • 14 oz lean steak, cut into strips

Tortillas and Fillings

  • 8 pieces wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup guacamole (320 g)
  • 2 cups cooked corn (240 g)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Mix the cooking oil, Cajun spices, and salt in a bowl. Add the steak strips and coat well. Let marinate for 15 minutes.

Cooking

  • Heat a pan over high heat and cook the steak for about 2 minutes until browned and cooked.
  • Warm the tortillas by baking at 300°F (150°C) for 4 minutes.

Assembly

  • Assemble each tortilla by adding about 2 tbsp of guacamole, 1/4 cup of corn, and steak. Repeat for all tortillas.
