Sauce Preparation

  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, around 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  • Pour in the chicken stock and bring to a simmer, letting it reduce slightly for about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in honey and paprika, mixing well. Adjust seasoning to taste with more salt and pepper if needed.

Combining

  • Return the chicken to the skillet, allowing it to soak in the flavorful sauce for about 2-3 minutes.
  • If desired, sprinkle cheese over the chicken and cover to melt before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and optional caramelized onions before serving.

Notes

Allow any leftovers to cool completely before transferring them to an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. For freezing, portion into freezer-safe bags or containers, keeping for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
