Easy No-Bake 3-Ingredient Bounty Balls
These no-bake Bounty balls wrap a sweet, chewy coconut center in a dark chocolate coating. The filling combines desiccated coconut with sweetened condensed milk, giving each bite plenty of coconut flavor and a moist texture. Dark chocolate balances the sweetness and adds a firm outer layer once chilled.

Thermomix, optional
- 4 cups 360 g desiccated coconut
- 395 g about 14 oz full-fat sweetened condensed milk
- 250 g about 9 oz dark chocolate, chopped
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Stir the coconut and sweetened condensed milk together until evenly combined. The mixture will be thick and sticky.
Roll heaped teaspoon-sized portions into balls and place on the tray.
Freeze for 30 minutes, until firm enough to dip.
Microwave the chocolate in a dry bowl at 50% power in 30-second intervals, stirring with a dry spoon after each, until just melted and smooth.
Using two small spoons, dip and turn each ball in the chocolate to coat completely. Allow excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl.
Return to the lined tray. Drizzle with any remaining melted chocolate, if desired.
Refrigerate until the coating sets, then transfer to an airtight container.
Thermomix Option: Mix the coconut and condensed milk on Reverse, Speed 4 until combined. Shape and freeze as above. In a clean, dry bowl, melt the chocolate for 3 minutes at 50°C (122°F), Speed 2, or until melted. Coat and chill as directed.
Optional Decoration: Drizzle with melted white chocolate. This adds a fourth ingredient.
Storage: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
