Easy Mango Sorbet

  • 24 oz Frozen Mango Chunks (about 6 cups)
  • 1/3 cup Light Agave Syrup
  • 3 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 (6-oz.) container Fresh Raspberries (optional, for serving)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • To a food processor, add the frozen mango and pulse until broken up into very small pieces.
  • Add the agave syrup and lime juice and process until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl as needed, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Enjoy immediately for a soft-serve texture, or transfer the mixture to a loaf pan or a freezer-safe container, cover, and freeze for at least 4 hours for a firmer texture.
  • Serve with fresh raspberries, if desired.

Notes

Consider serving with fresh raspberries on top for added color and flavor. For a tropical parfait, layer the sorbet with granola or other fruits.
