  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Cooking

  • In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  • Place the salmon in the skillet, skin-side down, and cook for about 4-5 minutes until seared.
  • Flip the salmon, drizzle with lemon juice and zest, then cook for another 4-5 minutes until cooked through.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat gently to maintain moisture. For freezing, wrap tightly in plastic wrap and store in a freezer-safe container.
