  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Garlic enhances overall flavor.
  • 1 large egg Binder for the meat mixture.
  • 1 teaspoon salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Freshly ground is preferred.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Can substitute with other herbs.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Mix until well combined. Avoid overmixing to prevent tough meatballs.
  • Form the mixture into uniform meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Baking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.

Serving

  • Let meatballs rest briefly before serving to lock in flavors.
  • Serve with marinara sauce, over spaghetti, or as a meatball sandwich.

Store meatballs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
