  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Adjustable dial for heat.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sour cream (or Greek yogurt).
  • Add in the fresh lime juice, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  • Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth and well-combined. Taste and adjust seasonings as necessary before serving.

Notes

To store, place the sauce in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to five days. It can be frozen in small portions for future use. Stir before serving as ingredients may separate.
