Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
  • Stir in graham cracker crumbs until fully combined.
  • Shape the mixture into small oval shapes resembling bunny tails.

Coating and Decorating

  • Melt chocolate or candy melts following package instructions.
  • Dip each coconut tail into the melted chocolate to coat, then place on a wax paper-lined tray.
  • Before the chocolate sets, add candy eyes and mini chocolate chips as ears.
  • Allow the tails to cool and harden.
