  • 1 pound lean ground beef Use lean ground beef for a healthier option.
  • 4 pieces flour tortilla wraps Large size tortillas work best.
  • 1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce For a creamy filling.
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream Adds creaminess and flavor.
  • 1 can Rotel (green chilis with diced tomatoes) Adds a spicy kick.
  • 1/2 cup chopped green peppers Can substitute with other peppers.
  • 1/2 cup diced onions For flavor enhancement.
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning Mix For seasoning the beef.
  • to taste Nacho Cheese flavored Doritos, crushed For topping and added crunch.
  • as needed Shredded lettuce For serving.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain any excess fat.
  • Add in the diced onions and chopped green peppers and sauté for about 4 minutes until softened.
  • Stir in the taco seasoning and mix well.

Assembly

  • In a separate bowl, mix the Rotel and Nacho Cheese Sauce together.
  • Lay the flour tortillas on a flat surface. Spoon a layer of the Nacho Cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.
  • Top with the seasoned beef mixture, sour cream, chopped vegetables, and crushed Doritos.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll up like a burrito.

Cooking

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Toast the wraps seam-side down until golden brown and crispy on both sides.

Notes

Serve with additional toppings like fresh cilantro, sliced jalapeños, or pico de gallo. Best enjoyed immediately after cooking to maintain crispiness.
