  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Additional cheese for serving recommended.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini) Choose your preferred type of pasta.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.

Preparation

  • Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.

Cooking Pasta

  • About 30 minutes before serving, cook the pasta according to package instructions.

Combining Ingredients

  • Shred the chicken in the crockpot and stir to combine everything.
  • Toss the cooked pasta into the crockpot with the chicken mixture.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove or microwave, adding a splash of broth or cream if needed.
