  • 1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Parsley
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Lemon Wedges for Serving

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, panko bread crumbs, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Brush the tops of the salmon fillets with olive oil.
  • Press the Parmesan mixture onto each salmon fillet until they are generously coated.

Baking

  • Bake for about 12-15 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  • Serve with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

For an enhanced flavor, consider marinating the salmon in lemon juice and olive oil before applying the crust mixture. Enjoy with a light white wine.
