  • 300 g chocolate spread Use high-quality chocolate spread for best flavor
  • 50 g coconut oil Can be replaced with other oils
  • 15 g puffed rice cereal Use fresh cereal for optimal crunch; can replace with other cereals

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Line a 12-hole muffin tin with cupcake cases.
  • Add the chocolate spread and coconut oil to a medium microwave-safe bowl.
  • Microwave on high in 30-second bursts, stirring after each burst, until melted and smooth.
  • Stir in the puffed rice cereal until fully coated.
  • Spoon the mixture into the lined cupcake cases and press down gently.
  • Freeze for about 20 minutes, or until hardened.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3–4 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months. Separate with parchment paper if freezing.
