  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation

  • Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions. Set aside.
  • Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, reduce heat and add heavy cream and sriracha sauce. Stir until combined and heated through.
  • Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet, coating it with the sauce.
  • Serve over jasmine rice and garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes

To ensure proper storage, allow leftovers to cool completely before refrigerating. Reheat gently on the stovetop or microwave, adding a splash of cream if needed.
