  • 2 pieces chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • as needed spray Olive oil spray
  • as desired Lettuce and other desired toppings

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat the chicken strips in the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil, then place the coated chicken strips in a single layer.

Cooking

  • Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden and cooked through, shaking halfway.

Assembly

  • Warm the tortillas and sprinkle mozzarella on each.
  • Add the cooked chicken strips and desired toppings.
  • Roll the tortillas to make wraps and enjoy!

Notes

Serve these wraps warm with a side of your favorite dipping sauce, like ranch or barbecue. You can also add extra toppings like sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, or avocado.
