  • 1 lb ground chicken Lean protein base
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs For binding

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix together ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Shape into meatballs.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides.
  • Remove meatballs and set aside. In the same skillet, add mushrooms and cook until softened.
  • Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
  • Return meatballs to the skillet and simmer for 10-15 minutes, until cooked through.
  • Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

For the best results, use fresh ingredients. Consider caramelizing mushrooms for richer flavor. Adjust seasonings to taste.
