  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Adjust amount to taste.
  • 2 tablespoons butter Unsalted preferred.

  • Optional Fresh parsley for garnish For color and added flavor.

Preparation

  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly.
  • Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese and continue to stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Let the sauce simmer for about 5-7 minutes until it thickens to your liking.
  • Serve over pasta and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Store leftover sauce in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat gently on low heat and add a splash of cream or milk if needed.
