Preparation

  • Cook the spiral pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and sear them until cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Cooking

  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  • Slice the chicken and return it to the skillet along with the cooked pasta. Toss everything together until well coated.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
