  • In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  • In the same pot, pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  • Add fresh vegetables and ramen noodles, cooking according to package instructions.
  • While the noodles cook, slice the chicken into strips.
  • Once the noodles are cooked, stir in the heavy cream and return the chicken to the pot.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
