  • 2 packs ramen noodles Instant ramen noodles can also be used.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Avoid freezing the dish due to the cream.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Adjust the amount based on personal preference.
  • 1 cup fresh vegetables (like spinach and bell peppers) Feel free to swap in other vegetables.
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce Add more soy sauce for extra flavor.
  • to taste salt and pepper Season according to your taste.
  • as needed green onions for garnish Garnish each bowl for freshness.

Preparation

  • In a pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same pot, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  • Stir in heavy cream and soy sauce, then add the cooked chicken and fresh vegetables. Simmer for a few minutes until everything is heated through.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve in bowls garnished with sliced green onions.

Notes

This ramen is great on its own or can be paired with crispy egg rolls or a light salad. For a little heat, consider adding some sriracha or chili flakes.
