Creamy Fruit Salad

Ingredients
  

Fruits

  • 1 medium medium apple
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup grapes can be sliced in half
  • 1 cup strawberries cut into chunks
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks drain if canned

Dressing

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice adds brightness
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt for creaminess
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows optional for added sweetness

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash and thoroughly dry all of the whole fruit.
  • Drain the can of pineapple, if using canned fruit.
  • Cut the apple and strawberries into chunks. Slice the grapes in half (optional step).

Mixing

  • Add all ingredients to a large glass bowl.
  • Mix gently until all of the fruit is fully coated with yogurt.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid. Store in the fridge for 3 hours.

Notes

Serve in individual bowls or a large decorative bowl. Garnish with mint leaves or extra berries for a nice touch. Best consumed within 24 hours for optimal freshness.
