Ingredients
  

Creamy Base

  • 1 12 oz can evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tbsp condensed milk Adjust for sweetness to preference.

Fruits and Chewy Elements

  • 1/2 20 oz can longan in syrup Use syrup for added flavor.
  • 1/2 20 oz can lychee in syrup Use syrup for added flavor.
  • 1/2 20 oz can sliced peaches in syrup Use syrup for added flavor.
  • 3/4 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 12 oz jar tapioca pearls in red syrup
  • 1/2 12 oz jar nata de coco

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl or pitcher, mix the evaporated milk, heavy whipping cream, and condensed milk. Adjust the amount of condensed milk to your desired sweetness.
  • Add the rest of the fruits and ingredients and mix well. If using canned fruits, add the syrup for flavor.
  • You can either chill in the fridge or add ice to cool it. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Garnish with fresh fruit slices for an attractive presentation. Can serve in mini cocktail glasses for smaller portions.
