Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, rice, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth.
  • Stir until well mixed to ensure that all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
  • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and slightly golden on top.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding grated cheese on top before baking. This casserole is easy to make ahead of time and freezes well.
