Creamy Dressing

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper, and mix until smooth.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the pasta, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and basil. Add the dressing and toss gently until everything is well coated.

Notes
