  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning Adjust according to spice preference
  • 2 tablespoons butter For richness
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Infuses flavor
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Use freshly grated for best results
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Cooking the Sauce

  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Cajun seasoning. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat.
  • Add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

Store leftover sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat gently and add a splash of cream or milk if it thickens too much.
