Ingredients
  

For the milkshake

  • 1 cup coconut milk Chilled overnight
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 2 pieces pitted dates
  • 2 tbsp. hemp seeds
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract Plus a drop for the whipped cream
  • 2-3 tbsp. maple syrup or to taste

For the whipped topping

  • 1 can coconut milk Only the creamy part will be used

Instructions
 

Preparation of Whipped Cream

  • Place the can of coconut milk in the refrigerator overnight or for a few hours.
  • Once chilled, scoop out only the creamy part into a bowl.
  • Add 1 tbsp of sweetener of choice and a drop of vanilla extract.
  • Blend with a handheld mixer until fluffy.

Making the Milkshake

  • Place the remaining ingredients (frozen peaches, dates, hemp seeds, and vanilla extract) in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the blended shake into serving glasses and top with the homemade coconut whipped cream.
  • Serve immediately for the best experience.

Notes

For added flair, consider garnishing with fresh peach slices or a sprinkle of hemp seeds. Store leftovers in an airtight container and consume within 24 hours. Top with fresh whipped cream before serving again.
