  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Adds flavor to the yogurt base.

Chocolate Coating

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Can substitute with dark or milk chocolate.
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil Helps achieve a smooth melted chocolate.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Chop the fresh strawberries and add them to a mixing bowl with Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
  • Mix the ingredients thoroughly until combined to form the yogurt base.

Forming Clusters

  • Drop about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form clusters, aiming for ten clusters.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the clusters freeze until solid, about 1-2 hours.

Chocolate Coating

  • Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 15 or 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  • Remove the frozen yogurt clusters and dip each into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are well-coated.
  • Return the chocolate-covered clusters to the lined baking sheet. Optionally, sprinkle with sea salt.
  • Freeze for a few minutes to set the chocolate before serving.

Notes

Store clusters in an airtight container in the freezer for up to three months. For best texture, consume within a week if refrigerated.
