Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups unsalted butter, melted

Filling

  • 3 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cups cocoa powder
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 0.5 cups orange juice
  • 4 large eggs

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, sour cream, cocoa powder, orange zest, and orange juice, mixing until well combined.
  • Add in the eggs, one at a time, mixing just until incorporated.

Baking

  • Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  • Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  • Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For serving, consider garnishing with whipped cream and orange zest. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to five days.
